No Returns or Refunds

 

We do not accept returns or provide refunds on any orders once they have been successfully delivered. This policy is in place due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene and quality standards.


Exchanges (Paid Exchange Only)

 

We may offer paid exchanges under special circumstances, subject to approval.

An exchange request will be considered only if:

  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • The product shows no signs of damage, wear, or tampering
  • The request is approved by our team after review

All exchange requests are chargeable, and the customer will be responsible for:

  • Exchange processing fees
  • Shipping costs (both return and re-delivery, if applicable)

Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Minor variations in colour, design, or finish (as product images may slightly vary due to lighting and screen settings)
  • Improper handling or damage caused after delivery
  • Requests raised after the allowed time window

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. Each case will be reviewed carefully, and a resolution will be provided if the issue is verified.
